The Hightowers own one short-term unit, 1991 Barry Cove. We also represent other property owners with their short-term rentals and take reservations for their properties. We have been in the short-term rental business since 2006.
Clicking on maps will open an interactive window to give you more specific directions to the property. Each property features a fully equipped kitchen, and all bed, bath, and kitchen linens are furnished. Elevated air mattresses may be available on request to boost the sleeping accommodations by 2 on any property, but that space will generally be in the living room. Most properties are at least part-time owner occupied. Some are available weekends only.
Please keep in mind-- our properties generally have a NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy.

Please note that quoted availability of dates is subject to change. We receive daily inquiries about availability. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Once you make a reservation, we won't rent that property to anyone else.  However, on occasion unforeseen circumstances may occur where I cannot provide the premises as an acceptable rental.  I will make all efforts to subsitute a reasonably comparable property for your rental.



We accept payment by cash, check, credit card or PayPal.

When a check is provided as payment, you authorize us to collect a $40 fee if check is returned unpaid. Please include the following on your check: Drivers License #; Full Name; Street Address; Phone Numbers.
